The bagna caöda
The bagna caöda is known throughout northern Italy as typical souce of the Langhe. It is prepared with garlic, anchovies and olive oil, the three classic ingredients that are still the only that we use to create this tasty "sauce" in the classic recipe passed down in our family for generations.
